Today was a very long and emotional day after we learned that Uncle Stevie had passed away. Uncle Stevie was an amazing man and had such a presence in a room. I think I can honestly say that I never heard the same story from him twice :) He will be missed greatly.

After visiting with my aunt and cousin, we spent the rest of the day reminiscing and remembering all of the happy moments with Uncle Stevie.

We ran out of cheese so we had "cheese curl" burgers...haha! They were still just as good :)

Nothing too special about tonight! It was beautiful out so we made it a point to be outside for a little bit. And then we made a trip to Target to get some stuff for Naomi.

Naomi is into exploring every area of the apartment. She knows where the tea pot is and always crawls to it and starts playing it like a drum. Well today she realized that she could open all of the cabinets in the kitchen.







She also figured out how to use the phone. She kept pushing the button to change the volume and then somehow she figured out how to call my cell phone!

Naomi had a lot going on today. This morning, right before we were leaving for the sitter, she pooped all over the place! On the rug, the pillow, and all over her. So she definitely needed a bath after all of that. Then after she was home I noticed that she got another tooth. And tonight was her first time having whole milk. She loved the milk and drank it all up. I don't think there is much that she won't eat :)

I think it finally hit me that our baby girl is going to be a year old in a few weeks! I can't believe how big she is now. I remember when she would just lay on Eric's shoulder and she was so tiny, now she is into everything and a little wild woman! But we wouldn't have it any other way :)

Who me?... I didn't do anything!

Naomi loves her Daddy!

Naomi loves her food and sometimes it seems like she could just keep eating. She also loves to feed herself and isn't a fan of someone else doing things for her. I wonder if she takes after her mommy and daddy?

With Naomi becoming more and more mobile we have to stay on out toes with her. She climbs on the couch, in the toy baskets, on her chair, and anything thing else that she isn't supposed to do :)
